Joaquín Vilaplana, coordinator of the Life Superbiodiesel project, expresses his appreciation to the University of Murcia for accommodating the event and presents Ms. Marta Bregua, main researcher of the Cepsa Research Center. Marta elaborates on the vision on R&D from the company, focusing on energy transition. She describes the research fields and highlights specific projects such as renewable biofuel production and the decarbonisation of industrial processes. She also shares specific examples of successful projects as well as the contribution to decarbonisation in the aviation industry. The presentation ends with a call to innovation and knowledge transfer to the industry.
